Our Whelping boxes are handcrafted to order and are:
- Simple to build, they just slot together!
- Easy to clean and keep sanitary.
- Flat-pack for easy storage.
Our unique design has many benefits. Each component simply slots into another, meaning there are no nuts, bolts or screws to get lost between uses or become a choking hazard for your furry family members. However, for our larger boxes or for boisterous breeds, we pop a plastic bolt in each corner for extra security. Pig rails come as standard, we just need to know where you would like them situated. Heat pad holes supplied on request.
They are made of plastic so can simply be wiped clean- making them the most hygienic option available.
Our boxes are perfect for households lacking storage as once you have finished using your Whelpo Whelping Box, you can simply pack it back up and slot it into a small space until you are ready to use it again!

Your Whelpo Whelping Box will arrive flat-packed with a full set of easy-to-follow instructions. Simply slot the 5 labelled components into each other following the picture tutorial and step-by-step guide, or alternatively watch our 'How to Build' and 'How to Dismantle' videos under the 'Tutorials' tab!
Worried about losing your instructions between uses? Not to worry! If you forget how to put your Whelpo Whelping box together, we can post or email you a new set of instructions free of charge.
The Whelpo Whelping Box comes as standard in white.
It is made of a sturdy plastic material and will withstand general wear and tear. It is reusable and built to withstand multiple uses!
However, as a disclaimer, the box is not indestructible and so we recommend that you check the box regularly for signs of damage, and do not leave your pet unattended for extended periods of time, as with any product.
